Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and iPhone-savvy Customer Service/Support Representative to join our team.
- The successful candidate will manage customer interactions across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, messages, and social media direct messages (DMs).
- This role involves addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, messages, and DMs.
- Provide accurate information about Apple products and services.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Apple devices.
- Process orders and handle refunds when necessary.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in a related field.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in tech or retail sectors.
- Experience handling social media inquiries, live chats, and phone support is an advantage
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using and navigating iPhones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with online customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Other Requirements:
- Residency in or around Ikeja for easy commuting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mandatory Saturdays (5-day work week).
- Reliability, responsibility, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Salary
- N140,000 Monthly.
