Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and iPhone-savvy Customer Service/Support Representative to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will manage customer interactions across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, messages, and social media direct messages (DMs).
  • This role involves addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, messages, and DMs.
  • Provide accurate information about Apple products and services.
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Apple devices.
  • Process orders and handle refunds when necessary.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products and services.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in tech or retail sectors.
  • Experience handling social media inquiries, live chats, and phone support is an advantage

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using and navigating iPhones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with online customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Other Requirements:

  • Residency in or around Ikeja for easy commuting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mandatory Saturdays (5-day work week).
  • Reliability, responsibility, and a willingness to learn quickly.

Salary

  • N140,000 Monthly.
