Job Title: Customer Service Trainee

Location: Lagos

About the Role

• As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with a variety of inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• This role offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a positive attitude
• Assist with troubleshooting common issues and guide customers through solutions
• Update and maintain accurate customer records
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and track resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
• Provide feedback on customer trends
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach
• Passion for helping people and providing great service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
