Job Summary
- As the Customer Success Manager, you are expected to attend to the customers’ needs, complains or any technical related issues encountered by the customers.
- You are also expected to advise customers on their buying decisions, walk through the journey of sales process with them and make customers more comfortable.
- You must be able to maintain a long-lasting relationship with customers.
Responsibilities
- Educating customers on how to use the company’s products.
- Entertain questions from the customers and giving adequate answers to them
- Following up on the customers
- Collection of reviews and feedback from customers
- Working hand-in-hand with the production Team.
- Handling of complaints from customers.
- Establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.
- Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
- Promote value through customer experience
- Upsell services and Product with the brand image.
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
- 3-5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Open Communication Skill
