Responsibilities
- Keep a high level of Knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
- Analyze customer data to Improve customer experience.
- Establish relationships with new customers.
- Strive to Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and respond to clients’ needs.
- Follow up on customers after a purchase of products.
- Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly.
- Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants and suggestions as appropriate.
- Promote the value of the product.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
