Location: Yaba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Keep a high level of Knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
  • Analyze customer data to Improve customer experience.
  • Establish relationships with new customers.
  • Strive to Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and respond to clients’ needs.
  • Follow up on customers after a purchase of products.
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly.
  • Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants and suggestions as appropriate.
  • Promote the value of the product.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
