Job Title: Customer Support Assistant

Job Description
- As our Customer Support Assistant, you will play a key role in managing daily workflows from order intake to dispatch, resolving customer issues, and ensuring we meet our 95% daily success rate.
- You’ll work closely with our fulfillment and rider teams to keep things moving efficiently, and you’ll be the first point of contact for urgent queries and follow-ups
Key Responsibilities
- Track rider deliveries and follow up on status updates (delivered, failed, pending).
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries within 60 seconds.
- Resolve customer complaints (e.g., delay, damage, wrong item) promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are ready and dispatched timely.
- Call customers for delivery confirmations when needed.
- Monitor order updates; proactively call riders if 85% of orders remain unupdated by 4 PM.
- Communicate with vendors and partners as needed.
- Follow up on all support issues until they are fully resolved.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and performance records.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, basic CRMs).
- Must be punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Availability to work Monday–Saturday.
