Title: Customer Support Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

• As a Customer Support Associate, your role is to provide customers with accurate and efficient product/service information, address their inquiries, and resolve any emerging issues.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Associate include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Handling phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Compiling and sending weekly reports.
• Establishing trust and building strong relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Ensuring timely processing of customer refunds within 24-72 hours.
• Maintaining a quick response time of under 10 minutes for customer inquiries.
• Providing feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process.
• Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and delivering professional customer support.
• Addressing customer service issues promptly.
• Performing other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a relevant field.
• 1 year of documented customer support experience or related field experience.
• A track record of exceeding performance targets.
• Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer-focused orientation and adaptability to various customer personalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
