Role Overview

  • We are actively seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support team and ensure the delivery of timely and effective assistance to our valued customers. As a pivotal figure, you will be responsible for managing a team of support representatives and driving ongoing enhancements in our customer support processes. Key Responsibilities

Who You Are

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in customer support, customer success, or similar roles.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and management skills as a necessity.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
