Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Ebute Metta,  Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a customer support, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience by delivering exceptional support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely support to users via live chat, email, phone, and social media.
  • Track, document, and follow up on support tickets, ensuring proper resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our platform, services, and updates to educate and guide customers effectively.
  • Support onboarding for new users, providing walkthroughs and answering questions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge in every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support, preferably in the Tech or EdTech industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or HubSpot is a plus.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
