Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom, email, and social media.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and policies.
  • Utilize internal tools such as Slack and the delivery dashboard.
  • Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to service quality improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency with Intercom (or similar), Slack, and Chrome browser.
  • Soft Skills: Empathy, problem-solving, multitasking, team collaboration, and time management.
  • Compliance: Awareness of data privacy and adherence to internal standards.

Working Hours & Environment:

  • Rotating shifts between 9 AM and 10 PM, 8 hours per shift, seven days a week.
  • On-site at Outcess Lagos office with provided laptop and high-speed internet.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N100,000 net/month
  • Performance Bonus: N20,000 net/month (based on KPIs)
