Job Description

  • Eco Homes Solutions Limited is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist customers with information about our home furnishing products, including solar energy solutions, doors, windows, and wall decor panels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma in Customer Service, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in home furnishing products (e.g., solar energy, doors, windows, and wall decor panels).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • A customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Residence in Asokoro or its environs is an added advantage.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
