Job Description
- Eco Homes Solutions Limited is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist customers with information about our home furnishing products, including solar energy solutions, doors, windows, and wall decor panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma in Customer Service, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in home furnishing products (e.g., solar energy, doors, windows, and wall decor panels).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- A customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Residence in Asokoro or its environs is an added advantage.
Salary
- N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
