Role Description

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective customer interactions
  • Technical Support abilities and Analytical Skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in using customer support software is a plus.
