Job Title: Debt Monitoring and Collections Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Contact clients via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to remind them of upcoming or missed payments.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all communications with debtors.
• Provide clients with updated account statements and clarify repayment terms when needed.
• Regularly review loan accounts to track payment statuses and identify overdue debts.
• Monitor aging reports to prioritize collection efforts based on risk levels.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
• Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
• Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Agile, Teachable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong Listening skills.
• Persuasive, sales / marketing and analytical skills will be an added advantage.
• Must have Smart Phone.(Android or iPhone).

• Basic salary: N60,000 monthly
