Job Title: Debt Monitoring and Collections Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Contact clients via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to remind them of upcoming or missed payments.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all communications with debtors.
- Provide clients with updated account statements and clarify repayment terms when needed.
- Regularly review loan accounts to track payment statuses and identify overdue debts.
- Monitor aging reports to prioritize collection efforts based on risk levels.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
- Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Agile, Teachable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong Listening skills.
- Persuasive, sales / marketing and analytical skills will be an added advantage.
- Must have Smart Phone.(Android or iPhone).

- Basic salary: N60,000 monthly
