Summary
- The Key Purpose of this role is centralized administration services to internal and external customers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing Purchasing (orders, GRN’s Invoice verification)
- Maintain an accurate filing and administration system
- Administer budgets and Financial reporting from SAP
- Co-ordinate and process budget recharges and allocations by supporting PPM
- Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and management team
- Update and maintain SAP where applicable
- Co-ordination of meetings
- Co-ordinate various forums and meetings
- Utilize information systems
- Cellphone Administration
- Travel Bookings
- Support VPO Manager in sharing digital tools usage report.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Administration, Social Sciences related field
- 2 years experience in Administrative position
- SAP PTP experience Substantial MS office exposure: Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Operational knowledge of SAP
- Sound budget and administrative and reconciliation skills.
