Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Manager
Locations: Surulere & Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking experienced and results-driven Deposit Mobilization Managers to lead our deposit mobilization efforts.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our deposit base, manage a team of deposit mobilization officers, and meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and supervise a team of deposit mobilization officers.
- Set and achieve deposit growth targets and monitor performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform deposit mobilization strategies.
- Provide training and coaching to deposit mobilization officers to enhance performance.
- Monitor and control deposit mobilization costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field. Certification in Treasury Management (ACTM, CFA, CIBN) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years in treasury management, asset and liability management, or financial planning.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deposit growth targets.
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with microfinance banking products and services.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
