Role Overview

• Creating content and managing multiple online digital profiles and accounts
• Grow user base via LinkedIn, Reddit, SEO, and email marketing.
• Creating graphical content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and other related tools

Key Responsibilities

• Creating content, social media plans and promotional materials
• Planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO, email, social media, etc.
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
• Run beta testing campaigns (LinkedIn, job-seeking communities).
• Develop a Freemium model & subscription strategy.
• Optimise SEO for job search & resume optimisation features.

Requirements

• 1+ years in growth marketing (SEO, LinkedIn outreach, user acquisition).
• Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• The candidate should have a personal laptop
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen interest in content development, marketing, graphics, communications and social media management
• Familiarity with different social media platforms
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
