Job Title: Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist

About the Role
- We’re looking for passionate individuals who want to join us in shaping the future, one solution at a time.
- We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team and drive our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives from ideation through execution.
- The ideal candidate will own our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, handling every phase—from pre-launch waitlist generation and brand positioning, to launch activation and sustained post-launch growth.
- This role demands a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to implement hands-on digital marketing campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and drive revenue growth.
- You will be at the helm of all sales and marketing activities, ensuring a seamless, integrated approach that delivers exceptional conversion rates and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute robust GTM strategies covering all stages: pre-launch, launch, and post-launch.
- Build, refine, and optimize marketing funnels that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, Engineers) to ensure a unified market approach.
Pre-Launch Initiatives:
- Design and manage pre-launch campaigns aimed at building a waitlist and generating initial buzz.
- Utilize targeted digital channels (social media, content marketing, email campaigns) to create anticipation and early engagement.
Launch & Post-Launch Marketing:
- Execute high-impact launch campaigns that leverage multi-channel strategies for maximum visibility.
- Develop ongoing post-launch marketing strategies to maintain momentum, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust tactics for sustained growth.
Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing) from concept through execution.
- Take full ownership of the hands-on implementation, ensuring agile adjustments based on real-time performance data.
Sales Funnel & Revenue Optimization:
- Design, refine, and manage the entire sales funnel, ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to conversion.
- Collaborate with other team to craft compelling digital assets and data-driven sales presentations that boost close rates.
Enhanced Sales Strategy & Execution:
Direct Sales Engagement:
- Actively manage and nurture the sales pipeline by following up on leads generated through marketing initiatives.
- Engage directly with potential customers via outreach, phone calls, demos, and in-person or virtual meetings.
- Qualify leads and work to close deals, ensuring seamless handoffs from marketing to sales.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that integrate closely with digital marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, monitor lead status, and manage customer relationships throughout the sales funnel.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and to optimize the overall sales process.
- Create and refine sales collateral, digital assets, and customer engagement tools to support the sales process.
Revenue Growth & Customer Retention:
- Develop proactive strategies to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market feedback and adjust sales tactics to continuously drive revenue growth.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics across all stages of the customer journey—both marketing and sales.
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance updates to leadership, recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
- Utilize analytics platforms and CRM data to ensure accuracy in reporting and to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior management, adapting strategies as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development teams, to ensure brand consistency and a unified market approach.
- Act as the central point of contact for all digital marketing and sales initiatives within the organization.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Use insights to innovate and adapt strategies, ensuring WithinLabs remains at the forefront of industry trends.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, sales, or a similar role with a strong emphasis on GTM strategies and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in managing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing tools, social media management platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
