Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a reputable real estate company in Igbo-Efon / Lekki, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate must have proven experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector and be skilled in developing and executing online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• This role requires expertise in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and content strategy to maximize the company’s digital presence and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential property buyers and investors.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to drive engagement and lead conversion.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize return on investment.
• Oversee website content management and SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness within the real estate market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in real estate or related industries.
• Proven expertise in social media management, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization within real estate.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah Axis.

Salary

• N400,000 Monthly.
