Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platforms.
  • This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, who can drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and sales objectives.
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct audience research and use advanced targeting techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager; provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Ad Creation: Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions, collaborating with the design team when needed.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to enhance performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly for Google and Meta platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other related platforms.
  • Experience with keyword research, SEO, and landing page optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong writing and creative skills for ad copy and campaign ideation.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (preferred).

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google and Meta ads.
