Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Services Coordinator to lead our company’s information and communications technology unit.
- The Digital Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company’s ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking infrastructure.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our ICT systems are secure, reliable, and efficient, and that they support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the company
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ICT department, including hardware and software maintenance, network administration, and data management
- Ensure the security and reliability of the company’s ICT systems, including disaster recovery and data backup procedures
- Manage the development and implementation of new ICT systems, including hardware and software upgrades
- Develop and maintain ICT policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Manage relationships with external ICT vendors and contractors, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the ICT industry and make recommendations for improving the company’s ICT systems
- Provide technical support and training to employees as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience in ICT management or a related field
- Experience with ICT security and data protection best practices
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and firewalls
- Knowledge of Database management systems and SQL
- Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
