Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Product Offerings

  • Fuse Lite Mobile App – a mobile app available to download on google play store which digitises the invoicing, inventory, booking, customer relationship and expense management for smal business owners with maximum of two outlets.
  • Fuse ERP Web App – This is a web based application that caters to the needs of formal structured smal, medium sized organisations to unify al the key business operations such as Human Resource Management, Accounting, Customer Relationship Management, Procurements and requisitions and Project Management to have one data source to make critical and wel informed business decisions at a glance.

Sales Agent Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for the mobile app
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the Company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Colaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new subscriptions acquired per month. (96 per month)
  • Number of new downloads acquired per month. ( 200 Per month)
  • Revenue generated from new subscriptions.
  • Client retention rate.
  • Customer satisfaction scores.
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Quality and timeliness of sales reports.
  • Participation and performance in training sessions.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 2 years of experience.

Compensation

  • The Sales Agent shall receive a monthly fixed alowance of N50,000.
  • The Sales Agent shall also receive a monthly mobilization fee of N20,000 (for data and phone cals).
  • These payments will be prorated based on the download or subscription targets achieved.

Sales Commission:

  • The Sales Agents shall be entitled to sales commissions after the first month of engagement, based on the number of subscription payments received.
  • Subscriptions: 10% of the subscription fee.

Commission Conditions:

  • The Sales Agents will not be entitled to commission for any month in which a minimum of 50% subscriptions target is not achieved. In such cases, Agents will only be entitled to prorated salary by target achieved and full mobilization fees based on their achieved numbers.
  • Sales Agents who work with the Company for a minimum period of 12 months will be entitled to a lifetime commission for every subscription payment received, as per the commission structure.
