Job Overview
- We are seeking energetic and goal-driven Direct Sales Agents to drive the acquisition of customers for our fintech products and services.
- As a key frontline representative, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and onboarding customers, helping to expand our reach and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s financial products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Identify and approach prospective customers through field marketing, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Onboard new customers by assisting with account registration, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, and activation processes.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of fintech solutions (e.g., mobile wallets, digital banking services, payment platforms, etc.).
- Collect and report customer feedback to management for service improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all company products, services, and promotions.
- Attend daily/weekly sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / NCE qualification; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition (experience in financial services/fintech is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
- Basic understanding of digital financial services is preferred.
