Job Title: Document Control/Admin Officer
Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Library & Information Science, Social Sciences or related fields
- Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in a document control and administrative role.
- Experience in a structured organization with ISO standards (QMS) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent document management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Good time management and ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of auditing and compliance procedures.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes.
Remuneration
- Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 monthly
- Benefits: HMO, performance bonuses, etc.
