Job Title: Electronic Sales Executive

Location: Ojota, Lagos

Position Overview

  • The Electronic Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth of massage gun and smartlocks.
  • This position involves selling electronic products to individuals and businesses.
  • The role requires a deep understanding of electronic products, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Actively engage in sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets. This involves identifying potential customers, pitching electronic products, and closing sales deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of electronic products, including their features, specifications, and benefits. Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends to effectively communicate product advantages to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction to foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and consumer preferences. Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies to develop competitive sales approaches.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and prospective. Cultivate rapport, trust, and credibility to enhance customer loyalty and maximize repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. Collaborate with the sales team to devise innovative approaches for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales volume, and revenue performance. Generate regular reports to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience and proven track record in sales, preferably within the electronics industry. Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic products and technology trends. Familiarity with different brands, models, and specifications is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
