Job Overview
- We are recruiting for our client in the ISP/ Broad Band sector, a strategic and smart enterprise sales exceutive with experience selling products and services within the ISP/ broad band sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead a team of enterprise sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in large enterprise accounts.
- Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to penetrate and expand relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.
- Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in an enterprise sales environment.
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in enterprise accounts.

- Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and stakeholder management.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
Remuneration
- N300,000 – N500,000 / Month.
