Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Build a sales pipeline through outbound sales efforts/cold calls
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets agreed with leadership
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Representing the company at events to expand its reach and identify opportunities.
- Coordinating with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall strategy.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- A basic understanding of the oil and gas industry is a plus.
