Job Title: Entry-Level HR Assistant

Location: Niger

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: AGM HR

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate recruitment logistics: drafting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
  • Maintain and update personnel files, contracts, on-boarding checklists and HRIS entries
  • Support induction programs: prepare welcome packs, facilitate orientation sessions and track completion
  • Handle day-to-day office administration—travel bookings, meeting room setup, supply orders and internal communications
  • Assist with payroll preparation by compiling attendance data and benefits information
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects: staff surveys, wellness initiatives and end-of-year celebrations

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field with 1–2 years in HR & administrative support roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HRIS
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and multitasking ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to relocate and contribute to our Niger State operations

Desirable:

  • Internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment or office administration
  • Exposure to basic payroll or benefits administration
