Title: Entry Level Sales Trainee

Job Responsibilities
Key Account Management:
- Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals.
- Create and execute tailored account plans and strategies to maximize account growth and revenue.
Account Growth:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and track progress.
- Work closely with clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.
Market Research and Insight:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging opportunities, and threats.
- Provide valuable market insights to help shape our product development and sales strategies.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales Manager to align account strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Product Development and Customer Support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or its equivalent.
- Previous employment experience in the medical field is an added advantage.
- A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including its challenges, regulatory environment and market dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiating, presenting and communication skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
