Job Description

Administrative Support:

• Assist in routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide general administrative support to team members and management.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders when necessary
• Draft, proofread, and edit documents, emails, and other written materials as and when needed.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Support colleagues in various tasks and projects as needed.

Organization and Time Management:

• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized workspaces and assist in maintaining overall office organization.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant subject
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
