Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as directed by senior management.
  • Support the organization of events and activities, both internal and external.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
