Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Summary:

  • A fastpaced and forwardthinking fintech company is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Personal/Executive Assistant to provide toptier support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage a dynamic calendar, prioritize key engagements, and schedule meetings.
  • Screen emails, messages, and calls, highlighting priority items.
  • Prepare executive briefs, speaking notes, and meeting agendas.
  • Track followups and ensure timely execution of action items.
  • Coordinate local and international travel, including logistics and visa requirements.

Administrative Oversight

  • Maintain secure digital and physical filing systems.
  • Work with Finance/Admin to process reimbursements and monitor executive budgets.
  • Assist with document drafting, editing, and organization.
  • Monitor overlaps in calendar/personal commitments and adjust proactively.

Project Coordination

  • Track strategic projects and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Liaise with department heads to monitor progress and escalate bottlenecks.
  • Support CEOled initiatives, internal events, and execution checkins.

Stakeholder & Internal Communication

  • Serve as the main contact between the CEO and key internal/external parties.
  • Draft official communication and ensure alignment with company tone and values.
  • Represent the CEO in select meetings, capturing clear notes and followups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in a PA/EA or similar highlevel administrative role (experience in fintech/startups is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Trello, etc.
