Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and Calendar Management
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence with accuracy in line with the organisation’s objectives
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication at all times
  • Oversee cash flow management ensuring proper documentation and accountability
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to all office activities
  • Prepare excellent presentations, reports, and briefing documents for meetings and events
  • Conduct research and compile data towards the support of decision-making in the organisation
  • Liaise with event organizers, protocol officers and other stakeholders for seamless execution of events
  • Participatein meetings and provide administrative support, including minute-takings and follow ups to ensure actions from the meetings are implemented appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications or any related field
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar role or any administrative role in an environmental sustainability, or corporate setting.

Skiils:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Financial Management skills: Petty cash flow management and documentation
  • Briefing and Presentation Skillsand Confidentiality
  • Discretion and Confidentiality.
