Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and strategic support to executives.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experienceand demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Email & Communication Handling: Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails professionally on behalf of executives.
- Project Coordination: Support executives with research, report preparation, and task tracking.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Administrative Support: Manage documents, create presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Task Prioritization: Ensure all deadlines are met by effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Problem-Solving & Proactive Support: Anticipate executives’ needs and address potential challenges.
- Technology & Tools: Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and other project management software efficiently.
Key Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience working directly with a senior executive is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Experience working with a foreign client is a strong advantage.
