Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities
The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for general communications with the executive officer.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the executive and maintaining their itineraries.
- Planning and scheduling meetings.
- Recording meetings when necessary.
- Conducting research and organizing data to support senior management, including directors, executives, and committees.
- Compiling expense reports.
- Handling bookkeeping tasks.
- Managing memos, reports, invoices, and other documents, including sensitive information.
- Safeguarding confidential information.
- Screening visitors and determining access to executives.
- Managing incoming documents such as memos and invoices, and redistributing them as needed.
- Procuring office supplies and maintaining the filing system.
- Managing and routing faxes and emails.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support.
- Maintaining and documenting supply requirements.
- Acting as a virtual assistant.
- Utilizing technical tools and software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing and Excel spreadsheet software.
Requirements
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification and possess 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
Salary
- N80,000 – N120,000 / month.
