Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Main Function

  • Effectively manage the CEO’s schedule, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure their optimal productivity and support the smooth operation of the company.

Responsibilities
Calendar Management:

  • Schedule and manage the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and deadlines.
  • Anticipate potential conflicts and proactively reschedule as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on the CEO’s schedule.

Communication Management:

  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage travel and expense reports.
  • Organize and maintain the CEO’s office and files.
  • Conduct research and gather information for the CEO.
  • Handle special projects and requests as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactively identify and anticipate the CEO’s needs.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (preferred).
  • Social Media Savvy.

Salary

  • N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
