Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder (Hybrid)

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder who will also provide support across the foundation’s growing manufacturing operations and outreach programs.
  • The ideal candidate is resourceful, grounded, and capable of juggling administrative duties alongside project and logistics support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder’s schedule, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day manufacturing and production tasks.
  • Monitor production schedules, materials, and staff coordination as needed.
  • Support planning and execution of outreach programs and product distribution.
  • Prepare materials and co-lead trainings for community-based outreaches.
  • Organize digital and physical documents and reports.
  • Serve as the bridge between the Founder and team members, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across internal and external projects.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of details across different areas.
  • Experience or interest in light manufacturing or production-based environments.
  • Comfort with public speaking or facilitating small training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar).
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential tasks.
  • Can work independently and take initiative.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in non-profit, social impact, or faith-based work environments.
  • Familiarity with logistics or procurement.
  • Comfort working in community-based settings.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N70,000 monthly.
