Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Job Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing the MD’s day-to-day schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and supporting various strategic initiatives.
• This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the MD
• Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with project coordination and follow-up on key tasks.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Organize travel and arrangements and manage expense reports.

Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role with at least 2 years experience.
• A female Preferably.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Salary

• N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
