Job Overview

  • We’re seeking an organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide CEO/MD assistance. The perfect person should have great communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • As an EA, you will be an important part of our team, offering top-level admin support to our CEO/CEO and making sure our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Bring new business opportunities
  • Manage the CEO/MD calendar and schedule
  • Assessing the priority of different appointments and rescheduling and reallocating them as required
  • Manage the CEO/MD’s correspondence and communication including emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangement and logistics
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive materials with care
  • Draft high-level reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Participate in high-level meetings and conferences and prepare reports as needed
  • Build network and maintain relationships with clients, business partners and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree on equivalent experience
  • Proficient in virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to network and build relationships with clients, business partners and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO/MD
  • He/She must be good looking.
