Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive or Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of the business.
  • This role involves managing various administrative tasks, providing project tracking and documentation support, contributing to business development efforts, and assisting with proposal writing for client projects seeking funding.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Editing/Drafting Reports Assist in the preparation, editing, and drafting of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Ensure content is clear, accurate, and delivered on time. Proofread for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
  • General Research Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and other relevant topics. Provide summarized findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Calendar Management & Scheduling Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and time management.
  • Project Tracking & Documentation Track progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain and organize project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes.
  • Data Entry Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Ensure data integrity and assist with generating reports as needed.
  • Assist with business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
  • Assist in writing, editing, and preparing proposals for client projects seeking funding.
  • Ensure proposals are tailored to the client’s needs and align with organizational goals, including following funding guidelines and addressing the scope, budget, and expected outcomes for each project.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 3 – 6 years work experience.
