Job Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Secretary to join our team. As an Office Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing essential support for after-sales activities, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Office Maintenance:
- Oversee office cleanliness and organization, including the arrangement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
After Sales Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers post-purchase, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support as needed.
- Assist in processing and tracking after-sales service requests, warranty claims, and product returns.
- Maintain detailed records of after-sales interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Administrative Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents, ensuring efficient data retrieval and organization.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Customer Relations:
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed for resolution.
Front Desk Operations:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests to the office, providing a warm and professional reception.
Essential Qualifications and Attributes
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
- At least two (2) years proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
Remuneration
- N40,000 Monthly.
