Job Title: Experienced Sales Closer/Customer Service Representative (2025)

Location: Port Harcourt (Physical), Rivers (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Sales Closing:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to convert leads into customers.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, convert leads to sales, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective closing techniques.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
