Job Title: Facility Supervisor (Entry-level)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Summary

What You’ll Do
- Work with the facility manager in supervising day-to-day facility operations
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment, and other assets in the facility.
- Ensure building systems and services run efficiently
- Ensure PPMs are conducted and properly coordinated.
- Oversee and facilitate toolbox meetings on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers
- Support in routine inspections, reporting, and maintenance planning
- Work with the Facility Manager on special projects-related duties such as office construction and refurbishments, and contractor/ vendor bidding processes.
- Driveservice excellence through service delivery and innovation whilst maintaining compliance within health, safety, and sustainability activities.
- Learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment
Qualifications
- Background in Engineering,Estate Management, or Building Technology
- A recent graduate or entry-level professional (0–1 year experience)
- A fast learner with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and people skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) is required
- Excellent organizationalskills
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and take initiative
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
