Job Title: Factory Foreman

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Planning and Management: Toorganise and oversee all elements of production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation.
  • Process Improvement: Examine production processes, identifies areas for improvement, and suggests changes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to production, including mechanical, electrical, and process-related problems.
  • Quality Control: Ensurethat products comply with quality standards and specifications through various quality control checks and procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing activities adhere to safety regulations and legal standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other teams, including Material Service, Assembly, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering.
  • Technical Expertise: Have an understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment is essential.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication is essential for collaborating with teams and conveying technical information.
  • Computer usage: Ability to prepare daily reports on production activities using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word Software).
