Title: Field Marketing Officer (Remote)
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Kano

Scope of Work / Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities to promote and sell POS terminals to business owners and merchants.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the target of selling at least 20 POS terminals per month.
- Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure continuous usage of POS terminals.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the POS terminal.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address any concerns or issues they may have and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to provide feedback and insights from the field to improve product offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the sales manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a FSLC, OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year work experience.

- Sales and Negotiation Skills: A field sales marketing officer should possess strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote and sell POS terminals, negotiate deals with potential clients, and close sales successfully.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
