Job Title: Field Recovery Agent
Locations: Abeokuta; Sagamu & Ijebu-Ode – Ogun, Lagos Island & Lagos Mainland – Lagos

Job Description
- Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
- Contact debtors and pursue payment.
- Devising customized recovery strategy on a case by case basis.
- Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
- Reducing the non-performing debts owed to the company
- Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
Requirements
- OND / HND / NCE / BSc
- 1 – 2 years experience in debt recovery in a finance company, microfinance or bank
- Must live in Lagos Island, Abeokuta,Lagos Mainland, Ijebu-ode, Sagamu (Ajah, Epe, Lekki, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Iyan-ipaja,and environs)
- Must be street smart
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to follow policy and procedures.
- Commitment to achieving performance goals.
- Available to resume immediately.
- Any other task that may be assigned by the Superior.
