Summary

• We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Field Recovery Agent to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting payments, negotiating payment plans, and recovering outstanding debts.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
• Contact debtors and pursue payment.
• Devising customized recovery strategy on a case by case basis.
• Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
• Reducing the non-performing debts owed to the company
• Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
• Any other task that may be assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

• OND / HND / NCE / BSc
• 1 – 3 years experience in debt recovery in a finance company, microfinance or bank
• Must live in Oyo State (Ibadan and environs), Kwara State (Ilorin town), Ogun State (Abeokuta,Ijebu-ode, Sagamu), Lagos State (Lagos Island, Mainland, Ajah, Epe, Lekki, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Iyan-ipaja and environs)
• Must be street smart
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to follow policy and procedures.
• Commitment to achieving performance goals.
• Available to resume immediately.

Salary

• N90,000 monthly (with commission).
