Job Title: Floor Staff (Bar Back)
Location: 10 Fola Osibo Road, Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Hours: 6 – 7-hour shifts within the lounge’s operational hours (12 PM–2 AM).
Job Summary
- The Bar Back supports the bar team by ensuring all supplies, ingredients, and tools are in place for seamless drink service.
- This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the bar operations while working behind the scenes to enhance guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, and glassware throughout shifts
- Clean and maintain bar areas during and after service
- Support bartenders with prep work including cutting fruits, prepping mixers, and restocking
- Collect and wash used glassware and utensils
- Ensure bar tools are clean, organized, and in good condition
- Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation
- Respond to bartender and manager requests efficiently.

- Timely restocking and support
- Cleanliness of bar area
- Bartender and guest satisfaction feedback.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with 1 – 8 years work experience.
- Experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift stock items
- Willingness to learn bar operations
- Ability to work late-night and high-pressure environments
- Team player with great communication skills.
Compensation
N80,000 monthly, payable in arrears at the end of each month.
Additional Benefits:
- 13th-month bonus based on organizational and individual performance
- Layover facility if required
- One (1) meal per day during working hours
- Health assistance for injuries sustained while performing job duties
- No additional benefits beyond the stated package at this stage.
