Title: Foundation Home Manager

Location: Lagos and Osun

Description 

• The Home Manager role is a full-time on-site position located in Okuku, Osun State.
• The Home Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the residential facility in accordance with the organization’s values, purpose, policies, and procedures.
• Duties include supervising the participants in the home, ensuring the welfare of the residents, overseeing maintenance and hygiene, managing budgets, conducting training for the participants in literacy and basic mathematics skills, and maintaining effective communication.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 1 year work experience.
