Job Title: Franchise Collection Officer

Position Summary
- This role supports the smooth execution of franchise-related payments and collections. The Franchise Collection Officer will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and tracking payments for government-related duties, taxes, and other franchise commitments.
- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Payment Processing:
- Review payment instructions and ensure they meet policy and regulatory standards.
- Process tax, customs, and other franchise payments accurately and on time.
- Handle assignments related to payment verification and disbursement.
Control, Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all payment requests and transactions.
- Forward perfected instructions to the relevant internal teams for processing.
- Provide periodic reports and data summaries on collections activities.
Customer and Team Support:
- Respond to queries from customers and internal teams regarding franchise collections.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper archiving and retrieval of customer files and documents.
- Assist in managing franchise-related administrative tasks (e.g., stationery requests, documentation control).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience in franchise collections, financial services, or administrative sales support.
- Knowledge of banking operations, government payment systems, or commercial collections is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow procedures without deviation.
