Job Title: Freelance Business Analyst Trainer
Location: Remote
Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Trainer to join our team on a freelance basis to help deliver comprehensive training sessions that equip professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in the business analysis field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging Business Analyst training programs for different levels of experience, from beginners to advanced professionals.
- Ensure training content is aligned with industry standards, best practices, and current trends in business analysis.
- Create training materials such as presentations, handouts, case studies, exercises, and assessments.
- Lead live virtual training sessions, facilitating discussions, answering questions, and providing real-world examples.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Customize training materials as per client requirements, including specific use cases and industry-specific examples.
- Stay updated on the latest Business Analysis methodologies, tools, and certifications (e.g., BABOK, Agile, BPMN).
- Collaborate with our internal team to enhance and improve the learning experience and resources.
- Maintain a professional, engaging, and interactive training environment.
- Ensure that all training programs comply with organizational objectives and learner goals.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) working as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in Business Analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in training or teaching Business Analysis concepts, either in-person or virtually.
- Excellent knowledge of key business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, BPMN).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Experience with various training methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning approaches.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Ability to provide practical examples from your own business analysis experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and learning management systems (LMS).
- A passion for teaching and helping others advance their careers.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a consultancy or corporate training environment.
- Ability to adapt training materials for different industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
