Job Overview

  • The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketing professional with expertise in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and strategic growth campaigns.
  • You’ll play a key role in positioning SecureHub.ng as the go-to platform for businesses seeking a flexible workforce.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to grow our user base (both businesses and job seekers).
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok).
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials tailored to our audience.
  • Implement and track SEO, PPC, and paid advertising campaigns to drive platform sign-ups.
  • Develop partnerships with universities, student communities, and business networks.
  • Analyze and report marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing and Nigeria’s gig economy to refine strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as a freelance marketer, digital marketing specialist, or growth strategist.
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s gig economy and student workforce dynamics.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills to craft compelling brand messages.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience working with job platforms, gig economy startups, or recruitment agencies.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, advertising and public relations is a plus
  • A portfolio of past marketing campaigns or case studies showcasing results.
